摘　　要：目的评价医院对保健干部健康管理的实施效果。方法随机抽取参与厦门大学附属第一医院健康管理的两个单位(老干局和市政府)的保健对象作为研究对象,各50人,对100人研究对象进行健康风险评估,根据风险评估的等级制定一系列的健康指导计划,对保健对象进行系统的健康教育、干预、跟踪和随访等健康管理后,比较干预前后保健对象的健康状况。结果通过健康管理,保健对象的生活方式、风险评估和健康的认知程度都有一定的改善。结论对保健对象进行健康管理能有效改善保健对象的健康状况。Objective To evaluate the effect of hospital on health management of health care cadres.Methods Two health care objects(old cadres and municipal governments)of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were randomly selected as the subjects of study,50 of them each.The health risk of 100 subjects was assessed,and a series of health guidance plans were formulated according to the level of risk assessment.After health education,intervention,follow-up and followup were carried out systematically,the health status of health care subjects before and after intervention was compared.Results Through health management,the lifestyle,risk assessment and health cognition of the health care objects had been improved to some extent.Conclusion Health management of health care objects can effectively improve health status of health care objects.
