福州地区过敏性鼻炎和哮喘儿童过敏原检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解福州地区过敏性鼻炎和支气管哮喘儿童患者过敏原种类,反应强度和分布特征,为防治该地区的过敏性疾病提供依据。方法对2017年1月—2018年6月我院耳鼻喉科就诊的1 019例过敏性鼻炎和支气管哮喘儿童的血清样本进行过敏原特异性检测。结果1 019例患者中过敏原阳性者782例,阳性率为76.7%,吸入性过敏原阳性率高于食入性过敏原,吸入性过敏原主要是户尘螨和屋尘,食入性过敏原以牛奶和鸡蛋白为主。结论福州地区过敏性鼻炎和支气管哮喘儿童患者过敏原阳性率高,以户尘螨和屋尘及鸡蛋白、牛奶、虾为主,除户尘螨和屋尘以外,其它过敏原过敏分级主要集中在轻度过敏状态。Objective To understand the types,reaction intensity and distribution characteristics of allergens in children with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma in Fuzhou,and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of respiratory allergic diseases in this area.Methods The serum samples of 1019 children with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma who visited the department of otolaryngology of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were tested for allergen specificity.Results Among the 1019 patients,782 were positive for allergens,the positive rate was 76.7%.The inhaled allergens were mainly house dust mites and house dust,the most common food allergens were milk and egg white.Conclusion The positive rate of allergens in children with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma in Fuzhou is high.Household dust mites and house dust,egg white,milk and shrimp are the main factors.In addition to household dust mites and house dust,other allergen allergy classification mainly focuses on mild allergy.
