多发性肋骨骨折患者行保守治疗与手术治疗效果对比

摘　　要：目的对比多发性肋骨骨折患者施予保守治疗与手术治疗的效果。方法选取我院诊治的35例多发性肋骨骨折患者;根据治疗方法进行分组,行保守治疗的17例为保守组,另行纯钛爪形钢板手术治疗的18例为手术组,对比两组治疗疗效。结果手术组VAS评分、早期下床活动时间、SpO2恢复时间、平均住院天数、并发症发生率、总有效率优于保守组(P <0.05)。结论纯钛爪形钢板手术治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果显著。Objective To compare the effect of conservative treatment and surgical treatment on patients with multiple rib fractures.Methods 35 patients with multiple rib fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected.According to the treatment method,17 patients who were given conservative treatment were in the conservative group,and 18 patients treated with pure titanium claw plate were in the surgical group,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results VAS score,early bed-leaving time,SpO2 recovery time,average length of stay,complication rate and total effective rate in the surgical group were better than those in the conservative group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pure titanium claw plate can be widely used in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.
