摘　　要：目的分析盐酸氮卓斯汀联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床价值。方法选定本院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者102例,研究时间段2015年6月—2018年6月,在随机数字表法的分组原则下,分为试验组(51例,盐酸氮卓斯汀与孟鲁司特钠联合治疗)、对照组(51例,盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗),比较临床疗效、临床症状积分。结果试验组临床总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组流涕、鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻塞症状积分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论盐酸氮卓斯汀与孟鲁司特钠联合可有效改善过敏性鼻炎患者病情,疗效显著,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical value of azolastine hydrochloride combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 102 cases of allergic rhinitis were selected in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018,and they were divided into experimental group(51 cases,combined treatment of azolastine hydrochloride combined with montelukast sodium)and control group(51 cases,azostine hydrochloride).The clinical efficacy and clinical effect were compared.Symptom score.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of runny nose,itching,sneezing and nasal obstruction in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azolastine hydrochloride combined with montelukast sodium can effectively improve the condition of patients with allergic rhinitis,the effect is significant.
