秘方化滞颗粒灌肠治疗小儿少阴人伤食泻40例

摘　　要：目的观察秘方化滞颗粒灌肠治疗小儿朝医少阴人伤食泻的临床疗效。方法将少阴人伤食泻的80例患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组采用秘方化滞颗粒灌肠治疗,对照组口服双岐杆菌三联活菌胶囊合蒙脱石散治疗。结果治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率85.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论秘方化滞颗粒灌肠是治疗小儿朝医少阴人伤食泻的有效疗法。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Mifanghuazhi granule recipe enema for children in Korean medicine shaoyin patient diarrhea due to improper diet.Methods 80 shaoyin diarrhea due to improper diet patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the recipe of Mifanghuazhi granule enema,control group was given Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined treatment of Montmorillonite powder orally.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.0%,the difference of the total effective rate between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The recipe of Mifanghuazhi granule enema in treatment of children Korean medicine shaoyin patient diarrhea due to improper diet is effective therapy.
