丝线挂线法在低位单纯性肛漏中的应用和疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨丝线挂线法在低位单纯性肛漏的应用和临床疗效。方法将60例低位单纯性肛漏患者完全随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组用肛漏切开术,治疗组采用丝线挂线法。对两组的术中出血、手术时间、创面愈合时间进行比较。结果比较两组的术中出血积分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组的手术时间为(16.00±1.66)min,对照组的手术时间为(26.00±2.69)min,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组的创面愈合时间为(18.00±1.89)d,对照组的创面愈合时间为(23.00±2.21)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丝线挂线法在低位单纯性肛漏术中止血效果好,使手术时间缩短,术后恢复时间短,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To discuss the application and the clinical effect of the thread-ligating therapy in low simple anal fistula.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given the method of the anal fistulotomy.The treatment group was given the method of the threadligating therapy.The intraoperative hemorrhage,operation time and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative bleeding score of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time of the treatment group was(16.00±1.66)min.The operation time in the control group was(26.00±2.69)min,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the treatment group was(18.00±1.89)d.The wound healing time in the control group was(23.00±2.21)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The thread-ligating therapy has a good hemostatic effect in low anal fistula,the surgical time is shortened,the postoperative wound is less bleeding and the postoperative recovery time is short,thus it is a safe and effective therapy.
