营养支持与心理护理对胃癌患者护理的影响

摘　　要：目的分析营养支持护理与心理护理用于胃癌患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月—2018年2月收治的96例胃癌患者进行研究,根据收治顺序分组,分为常规组(前48例)和干预组(后48例),对常规组患者施加常规护理,对干预组患者施加常规护理基础上的营养支持护理和心理护理,对比两组护理效果。结果治疗后,干预组胃癌患者总体健康、生理功能、精神健康、社会功能等评分均高于常规组胃癌患者(P <0.05),干预组焦虑评分、抑郁评分分别为(35.30±3.43)分、(34.22±3.15)分,低于常规组患者。干预组护理满意度评分(92.23±3.47)分,高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论在胃癌患者护理中添加营养支持护理与心理护理能有效改善患者身心状态,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nutritional support nursing and psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer.Methods 96 patients with gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into routine group(48 cases)and intervention group(48 cases).Routine nursing was given to the conventional group and nutritional support nursing and psychological nursing were given to the intervention group on the basis of routine nursing.Nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of general health,physiological function,mental health and social function of patients with gastric cancer in intervention group were higher than those of patients with gastric cancer in routine group(P<0.05).In intervention group,anxiety score and depression score were(35.30±3.43)a nd(34.22±3.15)respectively,which were lower than those of the routine group,and nursing satisfaction score(92.23±3.47),was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support nursing and psychological nursing can effectively improve the physical and mental state of patients with gastric cancer and improve their quality of life.
