摘　　要：目的探究快速康复预防髋关节置换术后并发症的效果。方法以2017年1—12月为时间区间,纳入88例髋关节置换术患者,按照入院先后顺序分为参照组、研究组,各44例,分别予以常规护理、快速康复护理,对比手术相关指标及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、血糖及疼痛评分均少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率为4.55%(2/44),明显低于参照组的18.18%(8/44),对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论予以髋关节置换术患者快速康复理念护理,能够缓解患者疼痛,降低手术出血量,稳定患者血糖,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation on complications after hip arthroplasty.Methods From January 2017 to December,88 patients undergoing hip replacement were selected.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into the reference group and the research group,44 cases in each group,were given routine nursing and fast rehabilitation nursing respectively.The operation related indicators and the incidence of complications were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,blood glucose and pain scores of the study group were less than the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was 4.55%.(2/44),significantly lower than the reference group of 18.18%(8/44),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation concept nursing of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty can relieve the pain of patients,reduce the amount of surgical bleeding,stabilize the blood sugar of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,so it should be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
