癌痛患者实施中西医结合护理的应用效果

摘　　要：目的将中西医结合护理干预应用于癌痛患者中,观察护理效果,旨在为癌痛患者护理方案的制定提供新的思路。方法选取我院收治的100例癌痛患者为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。两组均给予三阶梯规范化镇痛治疗,在此基础上对照组实施基础护理,观察组给予有针对性的中西医结合护理。观察对比两组患者干预后的癌痛缓解率以及疼痛数字分级评分(NRS)的差异。结果观察组癌痛缓解率明显高于对照组(P <0.01),且其NRS评分明显低于对照组(P <0.01)。结论中西医结合护理有助于更好地控制、缓解癌性疼痛。Objective To observe the effect of integrated Western and Chinese nursing on patients with cancer pain.Methods 100 patients with cancer pain were divided into observation group and control group randomly,50 patients in each group.All the patients were treated with three steps standardized analgesia treatment.Control group were treated with basic nursing,observation group were treated with integrated western and chinese nursing.The remission rate and NRS were compared between two groups.Results The remission rate in observation group was higher than control group's obvously(P<0.01),and the NRS was lower than control group's(P<0.01).Conclusion Integrated western and chinese nursing could control and remission the pain from cancer better.
