摘　　要：学术界对作为清廷解决财务危机措施的清末盐斤加价进行了讨论,但对于盐斤加价在州县一级的制度运作则留下了空白。本文在已有研究的基础上,以清代四川南部县为例,总结了盐斤加价在县一级的具体运作情况,努力厘清何为盐斤加价,加的是哪个环节的价格,加价的过程中各方就加价额如何进行讨价还价等问题,以讨论盐斤加价在晚清经历的变化,考察晚清地方财政制度的运作实况。The academic circles discussed the price increase of salt as a measure to solve the financial crisis in the Qing Dynasty,but left a blank for the system and operation of the salt price increase at the state and county level.Based on the existing research,this paper takes the Nanbu county of Sichuan in the Qing Dynasty as an example,sums up the specific operation of the salt price increase at the county level,and strives to clarify what is the price increase of salt,and which process the price is increased in and many other problems that during the price increasing process.The paper tries to discuss the changes in the experience of salt price increase in the late Qing Dynasty,and to examine the operation of the local fiscal system in the late Qing Dynasty.
