摘  要:根据镍金属加氢反应中活性较高、不对称选择性好的特点,采用氧化镍/无水乙醇体系进行樟脑不对称还原合成右旋冰片。考查了催化剂用量、樟脑用量、反应温度、反应时间及氢氧化钾/溴化钠用量等因素对冰片产率的影响。实验表明,在催化剂用量为5. 2 mmol,樟脑用量为6. 6 mmol,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为5 h,氢氧化钾/溴化钠的加入量摩尔比为12. 8∶1的条件下,合成右旋冰片产率最高。Considering the high hydrogenation activity and asymmetric selectivity of nickel-metal,the asymmetric reduction of camphor into D-borneol was carried out in NiO/alcohol system.Certain effects of in the process were investigated such as camphor dosage,catalyst amount,reaction time,reaction temperature and potassium hydroxide/sodium bromide dosage on the yield of borneol.The experimental results indicated that on the optimal reaction condition,the D-borneol produced reached the highest in NiO/alcohol system when the catalyst amount is 5.2 mmol,the camphor dosage is 6.6 mmol,reaction temperature is 50℃,reaction time is 5h,and potassium hydroxide/sodium bromide dosage are in the mole proportion of 12.8∶1.
