摘  要:分析昆明市第三水质净化厂2017年运行情况,计算水厂执行《昆明市城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放限值》A级、B级排放限值对N、P等污染物削减量,得出昆明市第三水质净化厂执行A级排放标准在2017年污染物削减的基础上可增加TN削减量327. 86 t,增加TP削减量3. 14 t;执行B级排放标准可增加TN削减量25. 66 t,但不能增加总磷的削减量,建议以A级排放限值为该水质净化厂提标目标,并对提高P去除的方法和污水处理系统提质增效措施进行探讨,为水质净化厂提标改造提供参考。This paper focuses on analyzing the operation condition of the Kunming No.3 Water Purification Plant in 2017,and calculating pollutant reduction such as N,P,etc.after implementing Class-A and Class-B discharge limits stipulated on Discharge Limits of Major Water Pollutants of Kunming Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant.It is concluded that it can increase amount of TN reduction 327.86t and TP reduction 3.14t on the basis of pollutant reduction in 2017 while Class-A discharge standard is implemented by the Kunming No.3 Water Purification Plant;and it can increase amount of TN reduction 25.66t while implementing of Class-B discharge standard,but it cannot increase amount of TP reduction.Therefore,it is advised to take Class-A discharge limit as the upgrading target of aforementioned water purification planthttp://dict.youdao.com/w/aforementioned/javascript:void(0);.At the same time,the paper discusses improving methods of P-removal and measures for improving the quality and efficiency of the sewage treatment system.It is the reference for upgrading innovation of water purification plant.
