摘　　要：随着社会对人才需求的变化,高校人才培养模式存在的问题也日益凸现。本文通过分析我国高校人才培养模式的现状和存在的不足,结合产学合作的人才培养模式,探讨了适合我国国情的人才培养模式改革的三个方向:高校职能定位、教师职能优化、学生选择权放宽。最后,结合商务经济学专业特点,提出以产学合作为基础的人才培养模式改革的五个措施:校企共建培养方案、引进企业讲师、教师挂职锻炼、学生顶岗实习、考核方式多样化。As the social requirements for talent are continuously changing,the problems of the talent training mode in colleges have also emerging.The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the talents training mode in China’s colleges,as well as the development of talent training mode based on industry-academy cooperation.The paper explores three directions suitable for the reform of talent training mode in China:positioning college function,optimizing teacher function,and expanding the right of choice of students.Finally,five measures are put forward based on the characteristics of business economics major to encourage the industry-academy cooperation-based reform of talent training mode:enterprise-college co-construction and co-cultivation,introduction of enterprise lecturer,field practice for teacher,student internship and diversified examination.
