摘 要:本文以含钒石煤氧化焙烧矿为原料,研究不同浸出条件对钒浸出率的影响。实验结果表明,该物料采用常压硫酸浸出及高温高压硫酸浸出时,钒浸出率较低;采用5%NaOH和25%Na_2CO_3混合浸出剂高温高压浸出时,钒浸出率能够达到77%以上。The influence of different leaching conditions on the leaching rate of vanadium was studied in this paper.The results showed that the leaching rate of vanadium was low when sulfuric acid was used as leaching agent at atmospheric pressure.When 5%NaOH and 25%Na 2CO 3 mixed leaching agent were used for high temperature and high pressure leaching,the vanadium leaching rate could reach over 77%.
