平面钢闸门运行期主要问题及处理措施

摘　　要：闸门运行期产生的缺陷或故障若不能及时有效地处理,其破坏程度会不断加剧、扩大,影响闸门运行功效。本文对水工平面钢闸门安全检测成果进行分析研究,总结出平面钢闸门在启闭状态、防腐蚀、止水等方面存在的常见问题及破坏型式,分析其产生的主要原因和影响条件,并提出相应的处理措施,可为平面钢闸门维护和保养提供参考。The damage degree will be intensified and expandedif the defects or faults in the gateoperation periodcannot be solved timely and effectively,which will affect the operation efficiency of the gate.The hydraulic plane steel gate safety testing results are analyzed and studied in the paper.Common problems and damage form of plane steel gateunder open/close state,corrosion resistance,water stop,etc.aresummarized.Main reasons and influence conditions thereof are respectively analyzed,corresponding treatment measures are proposed,thereby providing reference for plane steel gate maintenance and repair.
