无锡市城市防洪工程国民经济效益分析

摘　　要：无锡市城市防洪工程自2008年建成以来,为无锡市主城区的防洪排涝和调水改善水环境、生态环境发挥了重要作用,但未对其效益进行过定量评价。本文通过对该工程投资、费用以及防洪效益的计算分析比较,评价该工程在国民经济效益上的合理性和可行性,供类似工程决策参考。Since Wuxi city flood control project was completed in2008,it has played an important role in preventing flood and drainage,regulating water,and improvingwater environment and ecological environment in main urban area of Wuxi.However,its benefit has not been evaluated quantitatively.The rationality and feasibility of the project in national economic benefits are evaluated in thepaper through comparatively comparing the project investment,cost and flood control benefits,thereby providing reference for decision-making of similar projects.
