摘　　要：目的构建脊柱骨科护理质量评价指标,为提高脊柱骨科护理质量提供参考。方法在文献检索基础上,根据"结构-过程-结果"理论模式结合相关标准及指南等初步构建脊柱骨科护理质量评价指标,对20名专家进行2轮函询,依据专家咨询结果进行修订。结果形成以"结构-过程-结果"为基础的脊柱骨科护理质量评价指标,其中一级指标3项、二级指标7项、三级指标34项。结论构建的脊柱骨科护理质量评价指标可信度较高,可为护理管理者进行脊柱骨科护理质量评价提供客观、可量化的评估工具。Objective To construct nursing quality appraisal indicators for spinal department of orthopedics,and to provide reference for improving nursing quality in this department.Methods Based on literature review,a draft version of a nursing quality appraisal indicator system for spinal department of orthopedics was formulated according to the"structure-process-outcome"theory model and related indicators and guidelines etc.,then2rounds consultation among20experts were conducted to revise the system.Results A final version of the quality appraisal indicator system for spinal department of orthopedics was formulated based on the"structure-process-outcome"model,which included3first level indicators,7second level indicators and34third level indicators.Conclusion The nursing quality appraisal indicator system for spinal department of orthopedics enjoys high credibility,and it is an objective and measurable assessment tool for nursing managers to appraise nursing quality in spinal department of orthopedics.
