穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的现代文献取穴规律分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对现代文献的分析,总结穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床选穴规律。为穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症选取腧穴提供参考。方法:检索国内三大中文期刊数据库,中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台和维普数据库中穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的在1986—2017年收录的相关文献。建立穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的数据库,采用数据挖掘技术,对选穴进行分析。结果:通过分析发现,现代医家治疗腰椎间盘突出症选取的腧穴主要为肾俞、环跳、阳陵泉和委中;选取腧穴所属经脉主要为足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经和督脉;选取腧穴所在部位主要为下肢部;选取特定穴主要为背俞穴、五输穴和下合穴。结论:穴位贴敷疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症操作简单,效果明显。临床选穴遵循局部取穴配合远端取穴和循经取穴,重用特定穴,且以所在病变部位为主的选穴规律特点。Objective:To summarize the clinical rules of points selection for acupoint application treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH)by analyzing modern literatures.Methods:The literatures from1986to2017about acupoint application treating LDH were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP.The databases of acupoint application treating LDH was established to analyze the law of points selection by data mining.Results:The analysis showed that points chosen for LDH were mainly Shenshu(KI27),Huantiao(GB30),Yanglingquan(GB34),and Weizhong(BL40);the meridians were mainly foot Taiyang bladder meridian,foot Shaoyang gaubladder meridian,and Governor Vessel;the location of the acupoints were mainly in lower extremities;the specific points were back-shu points,five-shu points,and lower-sea points.Conclusion:Acupoint application is simple and effective in the treatment of LDH.The points selection follows the rule of the combination of local points,distal points,and points along meridians.Specific acupoints are paid more attention to,and the acupoints around the lesion are mainly selected.
