抗骨增生片治疗腰椎骨质增生症的临床疗效观察及对TXB 2及6-K-PGF1α的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察抗骨增生片治疗腰椎骨质增生的临床疗效及其对TXB2及6-K-PGF 1α的影响。方法:选取2016年1月—2016年12月来我院骨科就诊的170例腰椎骨质增生患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组85例,对照组采用口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组采用抗骨增生方治疗,两组患者均治疗30 d。比较两组患者治疗前后血清中血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素Fla(6-K-PGF1α)的水平;比较两组治疗前后Oswestry功能障碍评分(ODI)、McGill疼痛评分(PRI、PPI及VAS)、生活质量评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组的TXB 2治疗前明显下调(P <0. 05),6-K-PGF 1α较治疗前明显上调(P <0. 05),并且观察组的变化幅度显著较对照组大(P <0. 05)。两组治疗15 d、30 d后ODI评分均明显明显下降(P <0. 05),观察组的变化幅度更为明显(P <0. 05);治疗后两组的PRI、PPI及VAS较治疗前明显降低(P <0. 05),并且观察组各评分较对照组降低幅度大(P <0. 05);治疗后两组患者的生活质量较治疗前明显提高(P <0. 05),并且观察组的生活质量明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:抗骨增生方治疗腰椎骨质增生症的疗效确切,并可以有效调节TXB2及6-K-PGF1α的水平,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kanggu Zengsheng Formula in treatment of lumbar hyperosteogeny and its effect on TXB2and6-K-PGF1α.Methods:170patients with lumbar hyperosteogeny were randomly divided into the control group(n=85)and the observation group(n=85).The control group was treated with oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets;whereas,the observation group was treated with Kanggu Zengsheng Formula.The patients were treated for30days.The serum levels of thromboxane B2(TXB2)and6-keto-prostaglandin Fla(6-K-PGF1α)were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Also,the Oswestry dysfunction score(ODI),the McGill pain score(PRI,PPI and VAS),the score of life quality and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:After treatment in the observation group,TXB2was significantly down-regulated(P<0.05),and6-K-PGF1αwas significantly up-regulated(P<0.05);the changes of the observation group were more significant than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the ODI scores after15days and30days of treatment,they were both significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).The values of PRI,PPI and VAS were significantly lowered in the two group after treatment(P<0.05),and the values decreased more in the observation group(P<0.05).The life quality was greatly improved after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and it was improved more significantly in the observation group(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of clinical efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kanggu Zengsheng Formula has obvious effect on lumbar hyperosteogeny,it can effectively regulate the levels of TXB2and6-K-PGF1α,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
