摘　　要：目的探讨显微外科手术切除非Galen静脉脑动静脉瘘(non-galenic arteriovenous fistulas,NGAVF)的技巧及效果。方法回顾性分析3例显微手术治疗的NGAVF患儿的临床资料。结果 3例患儿均切断供血动脉及回流静脉,切除扩张的静脉球;消除了颅内出血的风险,解除了病变的占位效应。3例患儿术后均恢复良好。结论显微手术切除是治疗NGAVF的有效方法,可以取得很好的疗效。术中需精细操作,遵循以下原则:先切断供血动脉,然后切断回流静脉,最后去除球样扩张的静脉。Objective To investigate microsurgical technique and effect in patients with non-galenic arteriovenous fistulas(NGAVF)treated by microsurgery.Methods Clinical data of 3 patients with NGAVF treated by microsurgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results Both feeding arteries and draining veins were disconnected.The ball-like expansion veins were resected.The risks of intracranial hemorrhage were eliminated and the mass effects of lesions were solved.Postoperative recovery were good.Conclusions Microsurgical resection is an effective method for the treatment of NGAVF and achieve good therapeutic effect.Accurate surgical manipulation is essential.The operation principles are disconnect feeding arteries firstly,resect draining veins secondly,and remove ball-like expansions veins finally.
