环境政策调节下FDI引进质量与环境污染的相关性分析

摘　　要：基于2003—2016年长三角面板数据,以FDI引进质量为自变量、六种污染物为因变量,构建FDI引进质量与环境污染理论分析框架,采用一般线性分析得出两者存在负相关关系。再引入环境政策因素作为调节变量,利用面板数据固定和随机效应回归模型,对样本组进行定性分析。最终得出,在环境政策调节下以外资平均规模、技术水平和出口拉动表述的FDI引进质量对环境污染的影响显著为负,表明FDI引进质量对于环境污染有改善效应。结论证明,我国环境政策对于改善环境有着促进作用。基于分析结果,探讨性提出改善建议,包括调控市场需求、完善市场机制、保护知识产权、促进技术研发等。Based on the data of the Yangtze River Delta panel from 2003 to 2016,FDI introduced the quality as the independent variable and six pollutants as the dependent variable,and constructed the theoretical analysis framework for the quality and environmental pollution introduced by FDI,and the negative correlation of the two was obtained by the general linear analysis.Then,introducing environmental policy factors as moderating variables,we use panel data fixed and random effects regression models to conduct qualitative analysis of sample groups.It is concluded that the quality of FDI introduced by the average scale of foreign investment,technical level and export drive under the regulation of the environmental policy is significantly negative to the environmental pollution,which shows that the quality of FDI has improved the environmental pollution.The conclusion proves that China’s environmental policy has a positive effect on improving the environment.Based on the analysis results,suggestions for improvement are put forward,including regulating market demand,improving market mechanism,protecting intellectual property rights,and promoting technological research and development.
