摘  要:针对某手动档汽车起步离合器异响问题,通过NVH测试分析确定噪音频谱特征,结合模态试验分析了关联因素。建立离合器系统有限元仿真模型,着重进行了离合器动态过程模拟和从动盘模态匹配优化。随后基于分析结果研究异响产生深层次原因。最后提出结构优化方案,并实车验证优化后效果。提出结构优化方案,结果表明优化后车内异响消失,这对于手动挡离合器异响问题的分析和解决具有重要的参考价值。In order to analyze clutch abnormal noise of a MT vehicle during vehicle launch,NVH tests were done to get the noise spectrum characteristic and several related factors were discussed.Then,the clutch system CAE model was built and dynamic clutch engagement process was simulated as well as modal optimization of the driven plate.Based on analysis process,the deep cause of abnormal noise was researched.Finally,structure enhancement of the clutch driven plate was performed.Validation results show clutch buzzing noise disappear because of the enhanced clutch driven plate.
