摘 要:为了不断优化重组企业生产经营管理流程,简化企业管理结构,提高管理效率,提升决策科学化水平,科学预测企业未来生产经营活动,文章针对当前农业企业集团信息化建设普遍存在的员工信息化水平低、信息管理系统各自为政、信息化系统与运营管理流程契合度不高等问题,提出了基于物联网、大数据、通信等技术,构建包含信息采集、大数据分析平台、分析层、应用层及终端的母子公司信息化系统,在农作物生长过程控制、产品加工控制、仓储环节控制、财务控制、财务评价、人力资源管理、决策支持及科学预测企业未来生产经营活动等方面提供自动化、智能化帮助,提高企业智慧管理水平。In order to optimize the process of enterprise production and management,simplify the structure of enterprise management and improve efficiency,improve the scientific level of decision-making,scientifically forecast the future production and management activities of enterprises,the existed problems of the current information construction of agricultural enterprise group were analyzed,such as low information level of employees,the information management system was not interconnected,and the low degree of agreement between the information system and the operation management process.In this paper,the information system of parent and subsidiary companies,which composed of information collection,large data analysis flat,analysis layer,application layer and terminals,was constructed based on the technology of internet of things,large data,communication and so on.The information system can provide automatic and intelligent assistance in the control of crop production process,product processing control,storage control,financial control,financial evaluation,human resource management,decision support and scientific prediction of future production and management activities of the enterprise,so as to improve the management level of enterprise intelligence.
