省级农业科研院所研究生招收工作的实践与思考——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：随着国家对研究生指标的控制性管理以后,省级农业科研院所研究生招收已成为单位发展需要研究的重要课题之一。文章介绍了农业科研院所研究生招收制度变迁历史,以江苏省农业科学院开展的研究生招收工作实践为例,分析了现阶段省级农业科研单位研究生招收工作面临的问题,并提出适度给予省级农业科研院所招收研究生指标、创新与高校联合招收研究生的方式等建议,以期为省级农业科研院所不断创新研究生招收工作提供借鉴和参考。As the state constantly strengthens the work management of university graduate education,work of graduate recruitment has become one of the important topics needed to be studied by provincial agricultural research institutes.The history of system of agricultural scientific research institutes graduate students enroll was introduced in the paper.Taking graduate student recruit work practice in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,problems the graduate recruit work at agricultural scientific research unit at the provincial level faced were analyzed.Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,i.e.,giving proper quota to provincial academy of agricultural sciences,innovating pattern of collaborative training of graduates students with universities.This will provide reference for graduate students enroll in provincial agricultural scientific research institutes.
