摘　　要：对科研项目绩效的有效评价,有利于促进我国科学发展和经济发展。文章阐述了科研项目绩效评价的意义及其重要性,分析了科研项目绩效评价中存在的问题,提出了不断完善科研项目绩效评价体系、优化科研项目绩效考核方法、加强科研项目执行过程和质量评价等提高科研项目绩效评价水平的对策。The effective evaluation of scientific research project performance will help to promote the level of scientific development and economic development in China.The significance of scientific research project performance evaluation and its importance was elaborated in the paper.The problems in the evaluation of scientific research project performance were analyzed.At last,in order to improve the level of scientific research performance evaluation,some concrete measures were put forward to solve these problems,such as continuously improving the evaluation system,optimizing evaluation method,strengthening management of research process and evaluation quality.
