旋转整复手法结合西医常规治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究旋转整复手法结合西医常规治疗神经根型颈椎病治疗效果。方法将2017年5月—2018年5月在我院接受治疗的100例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例,对照组患者使用西医常规治疗手法进行治疗,实验组患者在西医常规治疗手法的基础上采用旋转修复的治疗方法进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组治疗显效有33例,有效15例,总有效率为96%;对照组治疗显效20例,有效18例,总有效率76%。经比较,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.38,P <0.05)。结论采用旋转整复手法结合西医常规治疗神经性颈椎病患者,可以有效提高患者的治疗有效率和减轻肩颈部的疼痛、麻木感。Objective To explore the curative effect of the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis by rotational restitution maneuver combined with the routine treatment of Western Medicine.Methods The 100 patients who were treated in our hospital in May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 patients in each group,the control group were treated with the routine treatment of western medicine,the patients in the experimental group were treated by the method of rotary repair on the basis of the routine treatment of Western medicine therapy.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was observed.Results There were 33 remarkable cases in the experimental group,15 effective cases,the total effective rate was 96%,the control group was 20 remarkable cases,18 effective cases,the total effective rate was 76%.,the experimental group was compared to the control group,it’s significantly better,with a significant statistical difference(χ^2=6.38,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of rotational restitution maneuver combined with the conventional treatment of neurological cervical spondylosis,can effectively improve the patients'treatment efficiency and reduce the pain and numbness of the shoulder and neck.
