摘　　要：目的对滋阴补肾化瘀法联合中药熏蒸治疗高血压肾损害的临床治疗效果进行研究。方法将我院130例高血压肾损害患者设为本次研究对象,给予对照组65例患者采用常规降压治疗,给予实验组65例患者采用降压加滋阴补肾化瘀法联合中药熏蒸治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果给予两组患者进行治疗前,其血β2-MG、Cys-C、CRP、ET、血压水平差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05,给予两组患者进行治疗后,实验组患者的血β2-MG、Cys-C、CRP、ET、血压水平和对照组患者比较差异具有统计学意义P <0.05。结论在常规治疗方法的基础上加用滋阴补肾化瘀法和中药熏蒸治疗方法,能够有效改善患者的血β2-MG、Cys-C、CRP、ET水平,从而促使患者的身心健康和生活质量。Objective To study the clinical effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on hypertensive renal damage.Methods 130 patients with hypertensive renal damage in our hospital were selected as the research objects.65 patients in the control group were given conventional antihypertensive treatment,65 patients in the experimental group were given antihypertensive treatment plus nourishing yin kidney and removing blood stasis combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in bloodβ2-MG,Cys-C,CRP,ET and blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in bloodβ2-MG,Cys-C,CRP,ET,blood pressure between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,nourishing yin and tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis method and Chinese herbal fumigation method can effectively improve the bloodβ2-MG,Cys-C,CRP and ET levels of patients,thus promoting the physical and mental health and life quality of patients.
