摘　　要：目的探讨产前超声诊断无心畸胎序列征的价值。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的11例无心畸胎序列征孕妇,对胎儿实施系统的产前超声检查,回顾总结其临床资料、产前超声影像特征及诊断结果,并与产后结局进行对比,对产前超声诊断无心畸胎序列征的价值进行探讨。结果 11例孕妇,经产后结果或病理证实均为无心畸胎序列征,包含8例单羊膜囊与3例双羊膜囊,其中,1例孕妇在孕中期超声检查中误诊双胎之一为死胎。此外,11例孕妇中,5例引产,4例流产,2例经严密超声监测至分娩、正常胎儿存活。结论产前超声检查进行无心畸胎序列征诊断价值作用显著,能够通过对胎儿发育情况的观察,对双胎无心畸胎序列征及早诊断,为产前预测、临床诊断及治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of no-intentional teratogenesis sequence sign.Methods Eleven patients with unintentional teratogenic sequence sign admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled.The prenatal ultrasound diagnosis examination was performed on the fetus,the clinical data,prenatal ultrasound imaging features and diagnosis results were reviewed.And compared with the postpartum outcome,the value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of no-intentional teratogenesis sequence sign was discussed.Results Eleven patients,including postpartum results or pathology,were unintentional teratogenic sequence sign,including 8 cases of single amniotic sac and 3 cases of double amniotic sacs.One of them was misdiagnosed as one of the twins in the second trimester of ultrasound examination.Stillbirth.In addition,of the 11 patients,5 had induced labor,4 had abortion,and 2 were closely monitored by ultrasound to give birth and normal fetuses.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound examination has significant value in the diagnosis of unintentional teratogenesis sequence sign.It can provide a basis for prenatal prediction,clinical diagnosis and treatment through observation of fetal development,for twin fetal no intentional teratogenic sequence sign and early diagnosis.
