DR、CT、HRCT对矽肺的影像学诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨矽肺和其合并症进行高频CT(HRCT)、常规CT、X线胸片(DR)检查的诊断价值。方法临床选择2006年1月—2017年6月在本院检查的矽肺患者62例,分别进行高频CT(HRCT)、常规CT、X线胸片(DR)检查,比较三种检查方式的影像学特征的检出率。结果高频CT在检出肺气肿、胸膜下弧形影、网格及蜂窝状影、小叶间隔增厚、大阴影、胸膜增厚粘连、淋巴结钙化等矽肺影像学特征的检出率与常规CT、X线胸片比较,显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论矽肺和其合并症进行胸部高频CT检查具有重要的诊断意义,可结合X线胸片检查提高诊断的准确性。Objective To analyze the diagnosis value of HRCT(highresolution CT),conventional CT(computed tomography)and DR(digital radiography)in silicosis and its complications.Methods 62 silicosis patients checked from January 2006 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected.The diagnosis accuracy based on HRCT,conventional CT and DR was compared.Results The diagnosis accuracy of high frequency CT in detecting pulmonary emphysema,sub pleural arc,mesh and honeycomb shadow,thickening of interlobular septum,large shadow,thick pleural adhesion and clacification of lymph nodes was obviously higher than conventional CT(computed tomography)and DR(digital radiography)(P<0.05).Conclusion The HRCT is of great importance in clinical practice;the combined therapy with DR can increase its diagnosis accuracy.
