康复指导在胫骨平台粉碎性骨折术后护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评估康复指导在胫骨平台粉碎性骨折术后护理的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年12月收治的86例胫骨平台粉碎性骨折术治疗患者分组护理,对照组40例应用常规综合护理,研究组46例在常规综合护理基础上增加康复指导护理,比较两组患者满意度、护理前后膝关节功能。结果对照组满意度82.5%低于研究组95.65%,治疗后膝关节功能评分(83.5±6.4)分低于研究组(88.1±7.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论胫骨平台粉碎性骨折术后在常规综合护理基础上联合康复指导效果显著,患者满意度高,膝关节功能改善好。Objective To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation guidance on postoperative nursing care of tibial plateau comminuted fracture.Methods 86 patients with tibial plateau comminuted fractures were divided into two groups from April 2016 to December 2017.40 patients in the control group were treated with routine comprehensive nursing and 46 patients in the research group were treated with rehabilitation guidance on the basis of routine comprehensive nursing.The patients'satisfaction and knee joint function before and after nursing were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the control group was 82.5%lower than that of the study group(95.65%),after treatment the knee function score(83.5±6.4)was lower than that of the study group(88.1±7.7).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the operation of comminuted fracture of tibial plateau,the effect of combined with rehabilitation guidance on the basis of routine comprehensive nursing is remarkable,patients'satisfaction is high,knee joint function is improved.
