摘 要:饮用水源地水质的整体改善与水源地规范化建设密切相关,水源地规范化建设对保障饮水安全具有重要意义。现对2011年至2015年全省地级城市共计36个水源地的规范化建设情况进行梳理,截止至2015年年底,黑龙江省水源地仍存在监测能力不足、保护区规范化建设和综合整治工作仍需加强、风险防范意识较差等,应进一步加大水源保护管理力度,保障水源地相关建设资金投入,推进城市水源风险应急能力建设,加强城市和水源监测能力建设。The overall improvement of water quality in drinking water sources is closely related to the standardization construction of water sources,and the standardized construction of water sources is of great significance to the safety of drinking water.The paper reveals the current situation for standardized construction in a total of36water sources in the province from2011to2015.The water source of Heilongjiang province is still lacks monitoring and the reserve standardization construction and the comprehensive improvement of work still needs to be strengthened.The risk prevention awareness is poor,so it s necessary to further improve water conservation management,guarantee water related construction capital investment,pushing forward the construction of the urban water supply risk contingency ability to strengthen the construction of city and water monitoring ability.
