摘  要:土壤中重金属在食物链中的积累对生态和人类健康产生不利影响,因此重金属污染土壤的问题一直备受关注。基于重金属污染土壤修复现状,依据植物-微生物联合修复重金属污染土壤的机理,分析了植物-微生物联合修复技术的作用形式,并总结了外界环境及植物自身特性等对修复效果产生影响的各项因素。结果表明,重金属污染修复方法一直在不断完善,但仍未达到预期的处理效果。因此,对植物-微生物联合修复存在的问题进行了归纳和瞻望,以期为中国重金属污染土壤修复领域提供更多理论依据。Heavy metal pollution in soil and water environment is expected to persist and its accumulation in the food chain has negative effects on the ecology and human health.The status of heavy metal contaminated soil restoration is analyzed to put forward the different forms of joint repair technology.This paper discusses the plant-microbial joint repair function of repair mechanism.The joint repair function may have an impact on the process.The analysis results show that the heavy metal pollution repair methods have been constantly improving,but still did not achieve the desired effect.Therefore,the existing problems of plant-microbe joint repair are summarized and looked into in order to provide more theoretical basis for the further exploration of heavy-metal contaminated soil repair in China.
