高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗术与传统剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗术与传统剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年3月至2017年4月收治的大隐静脉曲张患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组行传统剥脱术治疗,观察组行高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生率及复发情况。结果观察组术中出血量、住院时间、手术时间及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组术后疾病复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗术与传统剥脱术均可有效治疗大隐静脉曲张,相较于传统剥脱术,高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗术可有效减少术中出血量、降低并发症发生率、缩短住院时间。Objective To compare the clinical effect of high ligation combined with intracavitary laser therapy and traditional exfoliation in the treatment of great saphenous varicose vein.Methods 90 patients with varicose veins of great saphenous vein admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected,and all the patients were randomly divided into two groups,each with 45 cases.The control group was treated by traditional stripping operation.The observation group was treated by high ligation combined with intracavitary laser treatment.The operation related indicators,the incidence of complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding volume,hospitalization time,operative time and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High ligation combined with intracavitary laser treatment and traditional stripping can both effectively treat great saphenous varicose veins.Compared with traditional stripping,high ligation combined with endovenous laser treatment can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of complications and shorten hospitalization time.
