羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼的效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼的临床效果。方法选取2016年7月～2018年5月我院收治的糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼患者90例,参照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用术后常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗,对比两组BUT、Slt、FL评分、干眼症症状评分。结果观察组治疗后BUT为(10.21±0.59)s、Slt为(10.28±2.37)mm/5min,对照组分别为(8.76±0.52)s、(8.37±1.87)mm/5min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FL为(0.97±0.53)分,干眼症症状评分为(0.52±0.23)分,低于对照组的(2.69±0.54)分、(0.91±0.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗可有效改善糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼患者干眼症状,缩短泪膜破裂时间,促进泪膜稳定恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye solution on postoperative dry eyes in diabetic patients combined with cataract.Methods From July2016to May2018,90diabetic patients combined with cataract who had postoperative dry eyes in our hospital were selected.According to the random list method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group with45cases each.The control group was treated with conventional postoperative therapy,the observation group was treated with carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye solution on the basis of the control group,the BUT,Slt,FL score and the dry eye symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the BUT of the observation group was(10.21±0.59),Slt(10.28±2.37)mm/5min,the control group was(8.76±0.52)s,(8.37±1.87)mm/5min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of FL and dry eye symptom in the observation group were(0.97±0.53)and(0.52±0.23)respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(2.69±0.54)and(0.91±0.37),respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye solution can effectively improve the dry eye shape,shorten the time of tear film rupture and promote the stable recovery of tear film in diabetic patients combined with cataract.
