摘 要:提出了一种基于遗传算法(GA)和响应面法(RSM)的永磁无刷电机(PMBM)多目标优化设计方法。通过这种方法,电动汽车用PMBM的设计更加方便有效,对新能源汽车的发展具有重要意义。首先研究了V形磁铁转子结构及其参数对PMBM性能的影响,然后介绍了设计PMBM的V形磁体转子结构步骤,包括确定设计参数和目标函数,构造和求解响应面函数,以及如何通过遗传算法进行优化设计。最后,获得了最优设计结果,并通过有限元分析对结果进行了验证。In this paper,a multi-objective optimization design method for permanent magnet brushless motor(PMBM)used in EV based on genetic algorithm(GA)and response surface method(RSM)was proposed.Through this method,the design of PMBM for EV can be more convenient and effective,which has a excellent significance to the development of EV.Firstly,the influence of V-shaped magnet rotor structure and its parameter on the performance of PMBM was investigated.Then the procedures to design V-shaped magnet rotor structure of a PMBM were presented,which consist of how to determine the design parameters,objective function,how to construct and solve the RSM function,and how to carry out the optimal design by GA.Finally,the optimal design result was acquired,whose accuracy can be verified by FEM.
