摘  要:某炼油厂年产200万吨加氢裂化装置投产后,由于新氢压缩机组K102A/B气量的不连续调节方式,生产中存在能耗浪费、操作不稳定等问题。后经改造增加HydroCOM无级气量调节系统,实现了新氢压缩机排气量0%~100%的无级调节,且在节能降耗方面取得了显著成果。但HydroCOM无级气量调节系统在使用中也出现了一些问题,针对SIM卡损坏的典型故障进行详细分析,并对设计和检维修过程中的不足提出整改意见。After putting into operation of 2 000kt/a hydrocracker in a refinery,troubles like waste of energy and unstable operation due to the discontinuous regulation of K102A/B gas volume in the new hydrogen compressor unit may occur.Through the modification,a HydroCOM stepless volume regulating system was adopted to realize a 0%to 100%stepless regulation of the exhaust quantity of the new hydrogen compressor,including remarkable results in energy saving and consumption reduction.Meanwhile,problems in application of the HydroCOM stepless air conditioning system were analyzed,including analysis of typical faults of SIM card and the rectification opinions on deficiencies in design and maintenance process were put forward.
