摘 要:为解决液体超声波流量计实流标定的难题,分析超声波流量计的测量特性,得出影响实流标定的原因是流量计脉冲输出的滞后性、脉冲输出的不规则性和对流量扰动的敏感性。结合国际通用规范,介绍了3种流量计标定方案,经过比较分析后推荐标定装置可优先考虑直接标准表法,即小体积管和涡街流量计作为标准表串联的方案。In order to eradicate difficulties in calibrating the liquid ultrasonic flow meter,the measurement features of it were analyzed and such matters influencing the calibration as the hysteretic nature of the flow meter’s pulse output and the irregularity thereof as well as the sensitivity to flow disturbance were obtained.Through combined with international commonly-used procedures,three calibration schemes for the flow meter were introduced and comparatively analyzed to show that,the direct-standard meter method would enjoy high priority for the calibration device,i.e.both small volume tube and vortex flow meter can be installed tandem.
