摘 要:针对井下聚合物驱油剂的粘度实时检测难度大的问题,提出一种基于电磁感应的粘度测量方法。利用电磁场模拟柱状永磁铁在电磁驱动力的作用下,对套筒中做往复实时运动的情况和受力大小进行分析。对比了仿真结果和试验测试数据,并根据检测参数实时计算出聚合物驱油剂的当前粘度,分析系统稳定性和可行性,为进一步实现粘度检测提供理论和实践参考。Aiming at the viscosity measurement of polymer aqueous solution,a measuring method for the viscosity of polymer aqueous solution based on electromagnetic induction was adopted.Adopting the electromagnetic field to simulate both motion and force on the columnar permanent magnet which reciprocates in the sleeve under the magnetic actuation force was analyzed,including comparatively analyzing the simulation results and experimental data and having the detection parameters based to calculate the existing real-time viscosity of the polymer aqueous solution.Analyzing the system’s stability and feasibility provides both theoretical and practical reference for viscosity detection.
