东方锅炉新型高水分褐煤燃烧系统运行特性研究

摘　　要：本文对东方锅炉设计制造的褐煤燃烧器系统特性及运行进行介绍。从电厂实际应用情况看,褐煤燃烧器系统运行良好,锅炉各主要指标均能达到设计值,在燃煤灰熔点偏低较多和水分增加较多的情况下,锅炉不结焦,燃烧稳定,经济性好,NOx排放低。This article introduces the characteristic of Dongfang boiler s new burner system and it s operation burning ligneous coal with high water in Shenfu heat power plant of Datang group in Liaoning.The operation of the new system burning ligneous coal works well,and the main target is coincide with the designed value.The boiler have no large agglomerations while the fusion point of ash in coal is lower largely than the designed value and operated stably under water in coal increasing largely,have high efficiency and low nitric oxide emission value.
