近十年针灸治疗支气管哮喘的选配穴规律

摘　　要：目的通过对近十年中英文文献数据库中有关针灸治疗支气管哮喘的文献进行分析,对其选穴进行整理,并进行数据统计分析,总结针灸治疗支气管哮喘常用穴位及配伍规律。方法检索中国知网、维普、万方等中文数据库及Pubmed数据库中的英文文献进行分析整理,分别统计其所选穴位、穴位归经、穴位分布部位的规律。结果根据标准,共纳入20篇文献,对选穴频次≥5次以上的穴位进行分析,其中肺俞穴选穴频率最高为14次,足太阳膀胱经及任、督肺俞穴为主要选穴经脉。结论肺俞为治疗支气管哮喘的首选穴位,与大椎、定喘、脾俞等穴位交替配合使用,本研究主要涉及的选穴规律为对症选穴及近部取穴,可为临床治疗支气管哮喘提供重要理论依据。Objective:To analyze the literature about acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma in the Chinese and English literature database for the past ten years,sort the selected acupoints and carry out statistical analysis of the data,and summarize the common acupuncture and moxibustion points and compatibility rules of bronchial asthma.Methods:The Chinese literature on CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang and other Chinese databases and Pubmed database were searched and analyzed.The laws of selected acupoints,acupoints and acupoints were calculated.Results:According to the standard,a total of20articles were included.Among them,the highest frequency of Feishu acupoints was14times.Conclusion:Feishu is the preferred acupoint for the treatment of bronchial asthma.It is used in alternation with Dazhui,Dingchuan and Pishu acupoints.The compatibility of acupoints obtained in this study can provide a reference for the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.
