化纤胶囊对脓毒症大鼠凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血解毒制剂化纤胶囊对脓毒症凝血功能及抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、血小板活化因子(PAF)的影响。方法 Wister雄性大鼠40只随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型对照组、化纤胶囊干预组。造模后给药3 d后检测各组凝血指标、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、血小板活化因子(PAF)。结果模型组的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、PAF、纤维蛋白原(FIB)明显高于空白组、假手术组,AT-Ⅲ低于空白组、假手术组(P <0.05),化纤组的PT、APTT、TT、PAF、FIB明显低于模型组并且高于空白组、假手术组(P <0.05),化纤组的AT-Ⅲ明显高于模型组(P <0.05)。结论益气活血解毒方化纤胶囊可改善脓毒症凝血功能,为中医治疗脓毒症提供理论依据。Objective:To investigate the effects of Huaxian Capsules on coagulation function,AT-Ⅲand PAF in sepsis.Methods:40Wister male rats were randomly divided into the blank group,sham operation group,the model control group and Huaxian Capsules intervention group.After3days of administration,the coagulation indexes,AT-Ⅲand PAF were detected.Results:PT,APTT,TT,PAF and FIB in the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group and sham operation group;AT-Ⅲwas lower(P<0.05).PT,APTT,TT,PAF and FIB in Huaxian Capsules group were significantly lower than those in the model group and higher than those in the blank group and sham operation group(P<0.05),and AT-Ⅲwas significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huaxian Capsules of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction can improve the coagulation function of sepsis and provide theoretical basis for the treatment of sepsis with traditional Chinese medicine.
