摘　　要：冠状动脉结扎模型(CLM)是目前心血管疾病研究领域最常用的经典模型之一,在心肌梗死发病机制、药物研究等方面发挥重要作用。由于在大鼠CLM制作过程受多因素制约,仍存在成功率低、死亡率较高和心肌梗死面积不一致等问题。笔者长期从事动物心梗、脑心血管疾病模型研究,制作CLM手术成功率高达90%以上,现从实验动物的选择、手术器械选择、麻醉药选择、术前禁食与否、手术操作、术后护理等方面对CLM的制备进行探讨,以期为心血管疾病研究者提供参考。Coronary Ligation Models(CLM)is one of the most commonly used models in the field of myocardial infarction(CLM).Nevertheless,restricted by many factors,this model still has some problems,such as low success rate,high mortality rate and inconsistent area of myocardial infarction.And these problems are urgent to be solved.The authors are engaged in animal models of cerebral infarction and cardiovascular diseases.And by the authors,over ninety percent success rate can be obtained in CLM.In this paper,we discuss the preparation of CLM about the experimental animal selection,equipment preparation,choice of anesthetic drugs,preoperative fasting,operation and postoperative nursing,so as to lay a foundation for the study of CLM.
