摘 要:为解决传统盐湖卤水蒸发生产周期长和盐湖地区水资源短缺的问题,试验采用MgCl2溶液和透射电镜对不同厂家生产的4种微孔疏水膜进行筛选,研究了在进料液温度为30~60℃、循环流量为300~900 m L/min的条件下进料溶液对膜性能的影响,并对一里坪卤水进行浓缩实验。结果表明:(1)在相同条件下德国默克密理博的膜的膜通量大于其他3种膜的膜通量;(2)随着料液温度的升高、循环流量的增大,膜通量增加,盐截率在实验时间内均大于99%;(3)随着重复使用次数增加,膜通量逐渐减小。处理卤水时可在短时间内将料液浓缩甚至析出晶体且渗透侧得到的水符合生活饮用水标准。In order to solve the problems of long cycle evaporation in traditional salt lake brine evap-oration and the water shortage in salt lake areas,the suitable membrane was selected from four kinds of membrane by using SEM and the solution of MgCl2,and the influence of the feed solution tempera-ture(30~60℃)and circulating flow rate(300~900mL/min)on the performance of the mem-brane was investigated.The Yili Ping brine concentration experiment was carried out as well.Experi-mental results show that:(1)the most suitable and best performance membrane is the membrane of German Merck MILI Bo.(2)With the increase of the feed temperature and circulating flow rate,the flux of membrane increased and the salt rejection can reach99%in a certain experimental time.(3)With the increase of the repeated use time of membrane,the flux of membrane decrease gradual-ly.When the brine is treated,the feed solution can be concentrated even emerge crystal in a short time and the water obtained from the permeate side can reach the standard of drinking water.
