摘  要:基于Stber方法,以正硅酸乙酯为硅源、乙醇为溶剂、N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,4-丁二胺为催化剂,通过加入六甲基二硅杂氮烷作为共水解前驱体和表面改性剂,得到SiO_2溶胶具有良好的疏水性能.实验结果表明,六甲基二硅杂氮烷将甲基引入溶胶体系,使溶胶不需要经过额外的全氟硅烷疏水化处理,直接得到疏水性能SiO_2溶胶.论文还详细研究了催化剂和六甲基二硅杂氮烷对溶胶疏水性能的影响,并对其作用机理进行了讨论.By Stober method,the hydrophobic sols containing Si02nanoparticles were prepared using TMBDM as basic catalyst,TEOS as precursor and HMDS as co-hydrolyzed precursor and surface modifier.The experimental results demonstrated that the methyl group was introduced into the Si02sol,and therefore it is not necessary for the hydrophobic modifecation with perfluorosilane treatment.Then,these hydrophobic Si02sol was employed to prepare superhydrophobic surface via dip-coating method.The effects of basic catalyst and HMDS on the resulting hydrophobic property were also studied.
