摘 要:以聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)、N-(3-氨丙基)咪唑和2-苯乙胺为原料,合成了一种含有咪唑和苯环结构的聚天冬氨酸衍生物(PASP-D),利用电化学极化、阻抗及失重法,系统研究了PASP-D在0.5 mol/L H_2SO_4溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀性能.结果表明,PASP-D是一种混合型缓蚀剂,但以抑制阴极反应为主.在较低的浓度下,PASP-D即可显著地抑制碳钢在0.5 mol/L硫酸溶液中的腐蚀.热力学研究表明,PASP-D在碳钢表面的吸附包含物理作用和化学作用.A polyaspartic acid derivative(PASP-D)containing aromatic groups was synthesized by the ring-opening reaction of polysuccinimide,N-(3-aminopropyl)imidazole and2-phenylethylamine.Corrosion inhibition efficiencies of PASP-D for carbon steel in0.5mol/L H2S04solution were investigated by potentiodynamic polarization measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,as well as weight loss method.The results show that PASP-D is a mixed corrosion inhibitor based mainly on cathodic inhibition.At lower concentrations,PASP-D can significantly inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel in0.5mol/L H2S04solution.Thermodynamic results show that the adsorption of PASP-D on carbon steel surfaces involves both physical and chemical processes.
