摘　　要：注塑成型也称注射成型简称注塑,注塑成型工艺及模具设计是一门不断发展的综合科学,不仅随着高分子材料合成技术的提高、注塑成型设备的革新、成型工艺的成熟而改进,而且随着计算机技术、快速造型技术、数值模拟技术、数字化应用技术等在注塑成型加工领域的渗透而发展。本讲座内容主要包括:注塑模结构组成及分类、注塑件设计、注塑成型工艺、注塑机与注塑模的关系、注塑模设计、特种注塑模、注塑模CAD及其智能系统。Injection molding process and mold design is an integrated science with continuous development.Not only with the improvement of polymer materials synthesis technology,innovation of injection molding equipment and maturity of molding process,it will be also developing with penetration of computer technology,rapid prototyping technology,numerical simulation technology and digital application technology in the field of injection molding processing.This lecture mainly include:Injection mold structure and classification,injection-molded part design,injection molding process,the relationship between injection molding machine and mold,injection mold design,special injection mold,injection mold CAD and its intelligent system.
