摘 要:介绍了在三爪自定心卡盘车削偏心工件过程中的一些工作。研究了不同情况下偏心距与垫铁厚度关系,获得了偏心距工件的偏心距长度无量纲参数与垫铁厚度无量纲参数关系曲线。经过分析与实际工作表明,对于长度较短、少批量的偏心工件,将符合偏心距要求厚度的垫铁准备充分,操作者技能熟练的情况下,完全可以在三爪卡盘上顺利车削。实践证明,若垫铁沿轴线方向的尺寸偏小时,既不能保证偏心工件轴线的平行度,又不能保证工件的正确定位。只有将垫铁的宽度和轴向长度设计合理时,才能保证偏心工件轴线的平行度和工件的正确定位。为了提高偏心件的质量,缩短准备时间,给出了经过实践测试和验证过的常见尺寸偏心工件所需的垫铁厚度查询表和常见尺寸偏心工件的偏心距查询表,供工程技术人员参考。This paper introduces some work in the process of turning eccentricity workpiece on three-jaw self-cen-tering chuck.Eccentricity under different conditions is studied with the shim thickness relationship,won the eccentricity artifacts the length of the eccentricity of dimensionless parameters and the shim thickness of dimensionless parameter relation curve,after analysis and the actual work shows that the shorter length,small quantity of eccentric artifacts,will conform to the requirements of the eccentricity the thickness of the mat iron preparation,the operator under the condition of skilled,can smoothly turning on three jaw chuck.The practice shows that if the size of the pad iron is small along the axis,it cannot guarantee the parallelism of the axis of the eccentric workpiece and the correct positioning of the work-piece.Only when the width and axial length of the pad iron are designed reasonably can the parallelism of the axis of the eccentric workpiece and the correct positioning of the workpiece be ensured.In order to improve the quality of the eccentric shaft,shorten the preparation time,through the practice test is given and verified the common size of eccentric artifacts the shim thickness lookup table and common size from the lookup table of eccentric artifacts,for reference of engineering technicians.
