摘  要:以GH4169镍基高温合金外圆锥面车削加工为研究对象,通过正交实验的方法,研究切削参数对加工表面粗糙度的影响规律。并运用BP神经网络预测的方法建立了表面粗糙度经验模型。经过实验验证,该模型具有较好的预测精度。另外还对工件表面粗糙度与刀尖圆弧半径及切削深度的关系进行了研究。发现较大的刀尖圆弧半径能获得较小的表面粗糙度值,且增大刀尖圆弧半径可进一步减小切削深度对表面粗糙度的影响。该研究结果可为GH4169圆锥面车削加工提供技术指导和理论支持。This paper based on the cone turning of nickel base super-alloy GH4169,The influence of process pa-rameters on the surface roughness was researched by the method of orthogonal experiment.The surface roughness prediction model was established by the method of BP neural network.And tested the surface roughness prediction model by the method of experiment.Proved the model has good prediction accura-cy.In addition,this paper researched the influence of the cutting depth and tool nose radius on the sur-face roughness.Founded it could be get better surface roughness if cutting by larger tool nose radius.And it could reduce the effect of cutting depth on surface roughness in larger tool nose radius.The conclusion of this paper could provide technical and theoretical support for cone turning of nickel base super-alloy GH4169.
