摘 要:为了解决现有车床水平调整方法不准确、难以使车床导轨直线度满足加工生产要求的问题,在生产调研与相关研究的基础上,制定了一种普通卧式车床水平调整新方法。新方法优化了原有方法的直线度误差调整方式,通过放置于跨轨工字尺上的框式水平仪协助完成误差调整工作。通过新旧方法实际调整作业的相关分析及效率对比可知,新方法更加科学合理,显著提高了车床调整效率。经过多次实践工作的检验,已充分证明其具有很强的实用性和通用性。In order to solve the problem that the existing horizontal adjustment method of lathe is not accurate and difficult to make the linearity of lathe satisfy the production requirement,the paper designed a new hori-zontal adjustment method for common horizontal lathe based on the production survey and related re-search.The new method optimized the linearity tolerance adjustment approach of original method and completed the tolerance adjustment by the assist of frame level instrument placed on the cross rail I-shaped ruler.Through the analysis and efficiency comparison for practical adjustment operation of original and new methods,it could be known that the new method of lathe was more scientific and rea-sonable and also improved the efficiency of lathe adjustment significantly.It has been sufficiently proved the new method has strong practicability and versatility after several tests of practical operation.
