摘　　要：介绍了一种直驱式主轴刹车器的结构、功能、工作原理,阐述了该刹车器关键零件主要参数的确定,详细讲述了其中O形圈密封的自主设计,为其他类似机构的设计提供参考。In this article,the structure,function and its work principle of a direct drive spindle brake mechanism are introduced,the determination of the main parameters of the key parts of the brake mechanism is de-scribed,the independent design of O-ring seal is described in detail,provide reference for the design of other similar mechanism.
